We start with your budget and look in depth at details on the specification, from types of Materials to the style of finish on you are looking for. Then once a budget has been set and both parties are happy with the quote.We look to set a reasonable and realistic timescales to complete your project. We then confirm and up date to our safety policies, Method statements to match your project, for peace of mind we send you our fully insured documentation.

If we are pricing an extension or a kitchen this will be priced on a ‘fixed price’ so you know exactly how much your project will cost.
If you have a small list of jobs or general maintenance from fitting shelves to adjusting doors or fitting a door handle.This is priced on an hourly rate.
As this is the fairest way to keep your costs to a minimum for you.
